p987 complies with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. You may be asked to submit a government-issued ID, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method at any stage. Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful verification. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. p987 reserves the right to close accounts that show signs of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
p987 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through Philippine-based payment channels. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Accepted methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Philippine banks.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional verification steps in line with our KYC and anti-money-laundering obligations.
Withdrawal requests are processed within one business day for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya). Bank transfers via BDO, BPI, and UnionBank are typically settled within one to two business days depending on your bank's clearing schedule. p987 does not charge internal withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Currency Note: All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on p987 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). No currency conversion applies — what you deposit is what you see in your account.
Once a bet is confirmed on p987, it cannot be cancelled or amended. It is your responsibility to review your bet slip carefully before confirming. The minimum bet amount varies by market but starts from ₱100 on most sports markets.
All odds displayed on p987 are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. Live in-play odds change point by point — the price shown when you tap "Confirm" is the binding price.
A bet may be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances:
p987 applies maximum winnings limits per event and per day. These limits vary by sport and market type. In the event of a technical error resulting in a winnings calculation that exceeds these limits, the Platform reserves the right to cap the payout at the applicable maximum.
p987 monitors betting patterns for match manipulation, arbitrage abuse, and other irregular activity. Bets suspected of being placed in connection with such activity may be suspended pending investigation. Affected funds may be withheld during this process.
Casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, and RNG table games — are provided on p987 subject to the rules of each individual game as determined by the game provider. In the event of a dispute between a player and a game result, the game provider's records are authoritative.
Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studio facilities. Physical equipment — real cards, roulette wheels, dice — determines outcomes. p987 is not responsible for interruptions to the live stream caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
If a live game session disconnects mid-round, the bet will stand and be settled based on the outcome recorded by the dealer's studio system. Players should ensure they have a stable connection before placing live casino bets.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game — including software errors, disconnection, or server issues — p987 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake. Winnings generated from a malfunctioning game session may not be honoured.
Bonuses and promotions offered by p987 are subject to individual promotional terms in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion's terms apply.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before they can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x) is stated in each promotion's terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are non-withdrawable.
The p987 Refer a Friend program rewards qualifying referrals. A referral is qualifying when the referred person registers a genuine new account, completes identity verification, and makes a qualifying deposit. Referral bonuses will not be granted for self-referrals, fake accounts, or accounts registered from the same device or IP address.
p987 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time. Changes will be published on the Platform and take immediate effect.
